Google reviews & loyalty for local businesses
More 5-star reviews. Higher on Google. More customers walking in.
One tap at your counter. Customers pick what they loved, AI helps them put it into their own words, and they post it on Google. No app, no login. We set it up and keep it running.

How it works
Tap. Review. Rank higher.
Customer taps the card
A branded smart tap card sits at your counter or table. Customers tap their own phone to it, just like a contactless payment.
Their review page opens
No app, no login. They tap the dishes they had and what stood out, AI drafts it from their picks, and they edit and post it on your Google profile.
Reviews stack up
Steady, recent reviews are one of the strongest signals Google uses for local ranking, so you show up higher, more often.

More Google reviews, every week
Asking takes one tap at the moment guests are happiest, at the table, not days later by email.
Easier to find on Google Maps
Review count and rating feed local ranking, and reviews that name your real dishes tell searchers what you're good at.
More tables filled
People check your stars before they walk in or call. Fresh reviews turn someone scrolling nearby into someone sitting down.
First-timers become regulars
A review brings a guest in once. The wallet stamp card and monthly promos bring them back — the part most review tools skip.
Nothing for your staff to learn
No app, no training, no follow-up texts. The card does the asking and you watch the reviews come in.
Reviews in your guests' own words
Set up in any language your guests speak. Guests pick what they ate and edit the draft themselves, or skip the AI and write their own.
The AI inside RepeatTap
Software that does the asking, writing and counting for you.
You don't need to learn any of it. We set it up for your business, in your language, and it runs in the background.
AI review helper
Guests tap what they ordered and what they liked. The AI turns their picks into a draft they edit and post on Google themselves.
AI staff key tags
A tag on a server's apron. One tap from a guest's phone opens the review helper right at the table, while the visit is fresh.
AI insights dashboard
Your ratings, reviews and loyalty in one place, plus a monthly report on which dishes guests mention most.
AI phone operator
Answers your line 24/7, takes orders and reservations, sends orders to the kitchen printer and hands off to staff when needed.
What's included
Everything you need, nothing you have to manage.

Tap & scan table stand
A 4×6 stand in your logo and colors. Guests tap their phone or scan the QR to open your menu, takeout, Wi-Fi, rewards and review page.

AI staff key tags
A tap tag on an apron or lanyard. When a guest taps it, their phone opens straight to the AI review helper, so servers can ask right after a good interaction.

Loyalty & growth
A branded stamp card for Apple & Google Wallet, monthly promos that bring guests back, and an AI insights dashboard.

About us
The bridge between traditional business owners and the tech that grows them.
We started RepeatTap because most owners we met didn't want to become tech experts — they wanted more reviews, more repeat customers, and more of their day back. We handle it end to end, for a fraction of a traditional ad budget, so you can stay focused on the food, the service and the craft.
We bridge the gap
We translate the technology into plain English and handle everything technical for you.
Built for minimum effort
Setup, integration and testing happen up front, so once it's live it runs quietly in the background.
Your success is our commitment
We measure ourselves by whether your reviews go up and your regulars come back.
FAQ
Questions owners actually ask.
How much does this actually cost?
One AI Review Card is $99, one-time — that covers the card, your own AI review page and setup. Move to a monthly plan within 60 days and the $99 is credited toward setup. Repeat Guests is $199/month; Full House, which also handles your menu and Wi-Fi, is $299/month. Both monthly plans have a one-time $149 setup fee covering your branded hub page, print designs and testing. AI Staff Key Tags are $59 each for 1–4, $49 for 5–9 and $39 for 10 or more.
What if someone leaves a bad review?
Every customer gets the same tap and the same direct link to your Google review page, whether their visit was great or not — we never ask for a star rating first or decide who sees the link. On the managed plans we also show an optional "Something not right? Tell us directly" link alongside the Google button. It's never a substitute for the Google link, and never used to keep anyone off Google.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Nothing to download, nothing to log into. A customer taps their phone to the card and your review page opens in their browser.
Is it OK for AI to help write the review?
The customer picks what they actually ordered and what stood out; the AI only turns their own picks into a draft, and they edit and post it themselves from their own Google account. We never write reviews for anyone, never invent details, and every customer sees the same page whether their visit was great or not. They can also skip the AI and write their own.
Is there a contract?
No contract at all. The Review Card is a one-time purchase. Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime with no cancellation fee; service runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Paying yearly gets 2 months free plus a free custom table stand, and if you cancel early we refund the unused months (used months are counted at the regular monthly price). Full House yearly also includes a free website build ($499 value: up to 5 pages, your logo and photos, one round of changes); if you cancel in the first year, $499 is deducted from your refund. Website hosting with weekly SEO stays optional at $79/mo.
What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
Review Cards and AI Staff Key Tags: if you're not happy within 30 days of delivery, we refund what you paid — no need to send them back. Monthly plans: cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund your first month in full. The $149 setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refundable once setup is delivered (founding clients don't pay it). Message us to request a refund; it goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We already ask customers for reviews — why do we need this?
Asking rarely works — people forget by the time they're back in their car. The card catches the moment while it's fresh, at the table or counter, with zero extra effort from your staff.
What's the actual growth mechanism here?
Google's local map results favor businesses with more reviews, higher ratings and recent activity — three of the biggest factors for showing up in the "map pack" when someone searches "restaurants near me." Steady new reviews move you up that list, so more people see you before they've chosen where to eat.
Isn't this the same as running Google or Facebook ads?
No — it's cheaper and it compounds instead of resetting. Ads stop working the moment you stop paying. A card on the table works every service, and the review count and rating it builds stay yours even if you stop the monthly plan.
What's the real payback on this?
One card is $99, one-time. If it's the reason a couple of extra tables choose you over the place next door in a month, it's paid for itself — and it keeps working after that.
What happens if I just keep doing what I'm doing?
Nothing changes on your end, but competitors' rankings don't stand still. Every new review a nearby business collects pushes them a little further ahead of you in local search.
